On board our boats

1. Mandatory use of a mask.
2. The maximum capacity allows for social distance requirement. Informative poster shows maximum capacity including workers.
3. A hydroalcoholic solution will be available at the entrance for customer use.
4. Maintain a personal distance of 1.5 meters, both at the entrance and exit of the boat and throughout the journey.
5. Regular ventilation tasks will be carried out on the craft.
6. Cleaning tasks will be repeated in all spaces, with special emphasis on surfaces, especially those that are touched more frequently such as windows or door knobs, as well as any devices commonly used by employees.
7. The work area used by an employee will be cleaned at each shift change.
8. We insist on payment by card or other means that do not involve physical contact between devices. We do not accept cash on board. The dataphone is cleaned and disinfected after each use, as well as the POS payment device.

Hygiene measures on boats

1. Dispensers of hydroalcoholic gels or disinfectants with virucidal activity authorized and registered by the Ministry of Health will be made available to the public, at the entrance and exit of the bathrooms, which will always be in disinfected and cleaned after each use.
2. Cleaning tasks will be carried out regularly in all spaces, with special emphasis on surfaces, especially those that are touched more frequently such as tables, benches, windows or doorknobs, as well as all the appliances commonly used by employees.
3. A crew member will be assigned as a cleaning manager or supervisor.
4. The work area used by an employee will be cleaned at each shift change.
5. Before and after the trip, public health announcements and reminders are made, about hygiene and distance and the staggering of departure at the exit.
6. Social distance measures will be observed. Face masks are mandatory, except when, being on the decks or outdoor spaces, where you can guarantee a 1.5m distance.
